So as it turns out, the Acen hotel was not booked up, as I just reserved my room last night. Funny how you can hear a thing from 8 people and then it still ends up being wrong. But either way, I have a room, so anyone who does not have one as of yet feel free to post or call me and I'll pencil you in.

This happens every year. If you check the website for rooms, it'll tell you that there aren't any, but if you call them on the phone there's plenty. It's because the hyatt has gone maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad.

I know people who called and asked for it specifically and they were apparently told it was full. I know you've never been able to do it through the website.

Who knows. Either way, I've got one.

Same here dude, a bunch of people told me it was booked solid and I called them 2 weeks ago and reserved a double bedroom.
