did you mean japanese or english??

its good to hear that the critique group is helping you gain a better hand at editing, i have never edited anything ive written because i never got that serious about it so i know if ever i did it its probably on of the toughest things to do. they say never fall in love with your first draft and i used to think "if i dont like it then why do you think i wrote it!"

but we all know we read what we wrote in the past and say "what was i thinking"
so do your best edit in the present to prevent that!

Actually english grammar. yeah editing is tough, i agree. It's hard to hack at what you've written, but it's all for the best. And it's gets easier. :-) In theory!

I actually have some nice Japanese grammar books. Well grammar dictionaries. But they're good. What Japanese grammar books would you recommend? One can never have enough...
