5K are tough, man! Good job!
I have to say that when you learn how to pace yourself on 5K it will get a little better. But only a little, good pacing on a 5K means you go anaerobic not right after the start but when you are approaching a finish line. Being anaerobic hurts anyways but at least you will run faster - and suffer less.
