I am not good at waking up. Luckily for me, no-one at work cares if I arrive 15 or 30 minutes late, as long as I get stuff done and work my 37.5 hour week on average. But it still bothers me

It's 7:13 but here's the killer it's actually 7:13:47 .. so you need to set your clock 47 seconds ahead and then set its alarm for 7:13... that should work yeah.
Or just sleep til you wake up and hope work are more flexable about that.
