Hey check it out, KL international has a wireless network. And I have a laptop! I pity those poor saps queueing up by the public internet terminals. The network is slow as an old boot though. And I can't IRC out, but I can ssh home and irc from there ( Read more... )

I remember having to walk across the tarmac, Adelaide-style, to catch a flight to Darwin from KL. 'Like a sauna' doesn't begin to describe it.

Don't they have wireless on planes these days?

I didn't hear anything about wireless on the plane, but I didn't try so who knows.

According to GoogleMaps KL is somewhere in the US... XD

HEY! You made it thus far. Wicked. 2 hours in an airport is nothing. I've had a 7 hour wait in Singapore and 12 hours in Heathrow (they have showers and towels there if you know who to ask - so good after a flight from Singapore).
