Thelma had been wandering about the dorm house, due as usual to her curious nature. She thought she heard something, so she decided to knock on the door to room one, just in case there was someone new there to meet.

Saki turned from her laptop to look at the door. "Come in, it's open."

Thelma peeked in. "Oh, hello," she said. "I don't think we've met."

"Not surprising, I have not been doing much exploring," Saki replied, turning fully around in her desk chair and offering a slight bow. "I'm Saki Hanajima."

Pippi was on her way out of the dorm when she noticed the open door.

"Hi."

"Hello," Saki replied looking toward the door.

"Hi there, did you just move in?"

"No, I have been here a few weeks," Saki replied a slight melancholy to her voice. "I'm not very good with meeting new people and the foreign country is not making it any easier."
