it's the width stretched I measured flat ^^
I measured it again on my hips and they stretch up to 108cm circumference

normal airmail would be 3,20€ (2-4 weeks), registered 5,10€ (about 2 weeks) .
I could also send it with DHL express as a small package but that's expensive (14€) x_x
