Wow, talk about overpriced :O Well, I think that most anime merchandise is expensive in general, but these sellers overdid it. I mean, in the japanese amazon, the same articles cost significantly cheaper:

I don't really buy such merchandise myself so I'm not sure, but I would advise checking out Mandarake. It has second hand goods, but it ships worldwide and sometimes you can find some good bargains. You can enter 銀魂 in the search bar and you should find more stuff (but I think you'll find mainly figures and doujinshi ( ... )

But I suppose if I order them from Japan, the shipping costs will be so high that the price will still be horrible... Well, I'm not too sad about it though - judging from the reviews of Japanese customers, the quality of the cards is not that great.

That depends on the shipping method, really. For example, the fan should be pretty light, so with SAL, I highly doubt it would cost 45 euros. But it's true that buying stuff from amazon.jp isn't worth it, just because of the shipping :(
