I just stumbled on an article titled "Ideal way to use leftover parsnips". I don't even know what they look like, and some people actually buy enough of them to have leftovers XDD

Lol that IS weird. Anytime I buy parsnips, I just buy enough for the dish I'm making. I've never had that problem lol

I am actually pretty awesome it's not boasting if it's true! yes lol. I usually put them in soups or stews, but also like a saute like you might do with carrots. OR in with a roast.
