I suck

I cried at work today, it just all got to me and then Ann started bitching about set lists that i'd got wrong in the way only she can and so I cried and then she got annoyed with me for crying and then she felt guilty for me crying but I couldn't stop. I suck. Men suck. Family sucks. I just want to curl up and hide until it all goes away.

Sorry things got ontop of you enough to make you cry. But there is no shame in crying. It is a useful release of stress hormones and therefore should never be denied. You will have to explain set lists to me at some point but it is more important that you feel more up to facing the world again first, so work on that.
