I moved since Denvention as well and never received a check. Do you want me to email you my new address? If so, where should I email it to?

Methinks you need to check your records. My name is on the list (Kevin Hewett) and yet my records (and my bank account) indicate the check was deposited last January. If a second check was sent I never received it.
