God help me, I just want to walk out the door right now.  I'm so sick of being singled out for what I wear to work just because I happen to have breasts and most of the office doesn't.  Seriously, it's not ok anymore.  I'll be the first to admit, yes, there have been a few (like maybe two) occasions where a shirt I was wearing to work showed more  ( Read more... )

Most such lawyers work for a piece of the pie, so you could probably find one who would represent you pending outcome.

If you have a phone, you have a lawyer ;)

And yes, you should find a lawyer. If you had itty bitty titties, this would not be an issue. They are not complaining about the cut of your shirt, they are complaining about the size of your ginormous breasts and the fact that they would fill out ANYTHING breastily, which is ten different kinds of sexual harassment. Unless the company dress code says something about necklines SPECIFICALLY, they can't complain about yours being too low or improperly cut unless your nipples are showing or something else indecent.

Yeah, a friend of mine's mom is an attorney, and this kinda case is right up her alley. The question is, how do I get a copy of the dress code policy (I don't even think we HAVE one) without being suspicious?

You walk into HR and ask for an employee handbook. If they don't have one, that's good for your case.

Either way, you don't need a copy to contact a lawyer and ask.
