Actually it's more like people don't understand that overpasses ICE badly in sleet! And they don't understand to steer into the skid...etc, etc. DJ actually had a driver lose complete control in front of him the other night when he was driving back downtown to stay in the hotel the company got him for the night so that he could make it to work! And my car wasn't going anywhere yesterday...I couldn't even get it out of the complex up the ICED hill with no treatment on it. So yeah...they are just blatently unprepared for the idea of any winter weather. And it's 17 degrees right now! I'm actually having to use my leather gloves and wool down coat!
