Aren't they only required to provide equal-pay jobs, and not necessarily the exact job?

Beats me.

i think we are all missing the point here. how is josh qualified to work at hooters if he is not HOTT??? and would u really WANT to see him in that short skirt and form fitting top.
i think not.

on another note, GAH I LOVE YOU EDLYN. u are TOTALLY qualified to work at hooters... but i would prefer to see you at coyote ugly :) :) :)

I can't believe my JSA baby girl is growing up!

perhaps Hooters would hire you, but if sales due to your working there declined, they are allowed to release you. It's not illegal to fire someone who scares customers away, and I know you would. =P

Josh
You are the only guy in the world that would overhear something about hooters and wonder if they are an equal opportunity employer, then think about the court cases that might apply to equal opportunity..

*shakes head*

then goes on to wonder, if they would hire you.

Between the poster and josh in spandex, I’m totally going to have nightmares for weeks

Yah, they don't have to guarantee you the same job...

Just imagine if a woman wanted to apply to be a Chippendales dancer.

It's ALL MEN. Clearly they have some choice in what gender their employees are.
