Summary: It took place in Japan, where the rich and the poor had their own societies. There were parties everywhere for the rich. Nishikido Ryo was one of the rich people, an honorable person, the heir of a big corporation, yet he had his own family secret, an unthinkable one. Here came Ueda Tatsuya who stepped into his life, an innocent guy who did not know that his decision would bring him to a totally different world that he never imagined before.

It was a big party, held by one of the richest man in Japan to celebrate his daughter's birthday. A fine young man was there, holding a glass of champagne and standing at one side of the house garden alone. He was such a handsome man; his black hair complimented his branded suits well. Many of the guests were chatting about him. The girls were mesmerized by his look while the boys looked jealous of him. All of them wondered who he was, especially how he could be so intimate with the host of the party. The said girl walked happily to the guy's side, holding another 2 glasses of drink.
"Sorry to have kept you waiting, Ryo." She said, handing one of the glasses to that guy named Ryo.
"Don't worry, Erika." Ryo answered as he took the glass from the girl's hand then he put on his smile which made the girl blush.
"H-hai.. Anyway, I still can’t believe that you came here, Ryo. I'm so happy because of that." The girl replied brightly, trying to leave the best impression with Ryo.
Ryo didn't say anything; he just drank from his glass. The girl was a bit disappointed, seeing that there was no reaction from Ryo. Yet she didn't want to give up that easily since it was such a rare chance to be able to chat with the guy she had taken interest to for these 2 months, not to mention the fact that he wasn't the mere handsome guy she usually met, good looking but not brainless. He was the guy she was sure she wanted, and she wasn't going to let anyone else get him. She took Ryo's hand and pulled it, wanting him to follow her.
"Where are you going to take me, Erika?" Ryo asked, confused by Erika's sudden act.
"Shh, Ryo, I'm going to show you something." She said, as she kept dragging Ryo along with her. What she didn't realize was the fact that the guy smirked, as if he had expected this happening.

"Here we are, Ryo." Erika said as she stopped in front of a picture.
Erika then did something to the picture until a sound was heard, as if something was opened. Ryo watched her intensely. She opened the picture, which happen to be some kind of safety box and took a small box from inside, and then she turned around, facing Ryo.
"This is what I wanted to show you, Ryo." She said while opening the box. Inside there was a necklace, with a big pink heart-shaped diamond in the middle of the necklace.
Ryo didn't say anything and he didn't look surprised at all. He just took a glance on the jewelry, and then looked at the girl’s eyes, and put on his mysterious smile again.
"Ah The Passionate Angel. That's a rare possession for sure, and it is being owned by such a beautiful woman." He said hoarsely.
Ryo then took Erika's hand and kissed it. Erika was blushing again because of it.
"A-ah, right. That's a present from my dad. Beautiful, isn't it?" She said awkwardly, trying to hide her blush.
"Yes, indeed." Ryo replied.
3.. 2.. 1..

The electricity suddenly went out. Erika screamed, scared of the darkness, while Ryo tried calming her. It didn't take a long time before the electricity returned again. Erika looked at her box, relieved that her jewelry was still there, and then she dragged Ryo along again, returning to the garden. Unfortunately for her, Ryo bid his farewell there, saying that he was so tired, leaving the disappointed girl there after promising that he would call her sometime later, yeah later.
Ryo walked to the exit while smirking, satisfied with his work. He then put his hand into his pocket.
Stupid girl, you didn't even realize that I've exchanged your necklace with the fake one.
He was walking and humming until he did not realize that he was going to hit another person. Fortunately, he had such good reflexes that he didn’t fall down, but not for the person who hit him. That person almost fell down when Ryo caught his body and put his hand around that person’s waist.
“I-I’m sorry.” That person said after he finally got a hold of his own body.
“It’s okay.” Ryo replied, while helping that person to stand up again. “And it’s my fault too.” He added.
Ryo observed the figure in front of him. He thought he was a SHE at first, while he was holding him since he had such a slender body. If it wasn’t for his suit then Ryo would have been 100% sure that he was a girl. That guy realized that Ryo was observing him, yet he was too scared to say anything else, so he just looked down to the floor.
“I’m sorry again.” He said, still not taking his gaze away from the floor.
“No, I’ve already said that it’s okay, and stop saying sorry to everything.” Ryo replied coldly. “Now, I should take my leave, take care of yourself.” Ryo added, then he walked away, leaving the guy alone.

“Master, it’s time to wake up already. Breakfast is already in the dining room, or should I bring it up here instead?” a man’s voice was heard, calling his master to wake up.
“What time is it, Toshi?” a hoarse reply came from his master. The said person called Toshi stayed still and replied, “It’s 7 o’clock, master.”
His master woke up, took his robe from his butler’s hand, and put it on himself. “I’ll just go to the dining room, Toshi.”
The master, Nishikido Ryo, walked to the dining room in his big house. There were 3 or 4 maids there, ready to serve him, one of them handed today’s newspaper to his master. As for Toshi, nobody knew of his real name, except his own master of course, what they knew was that Toshi was the head servant of Nishikido’s households, the most loyal butler among all, and was the only one who was permitted to serve their master personally.
Nishikido Ryo, the same Ryo who was in the party some days ago was the only heir of Nishikido Corporation, who was mainly in transportation section. It was a disguise though, because not many people knew that the real Nishikido family were having this special kind of job, they were spies, thieves, jobs along this line and nobody would ever believe that since all of them had such a good reputation, not to mention their big company as well. Ryo was one of them too, just like before, he stole The Passionate Angel as a request from one of his clients who wished to keep that. He’s a pro for sure, not even his clients knew his real identity since Nishikidos always work on a secret identity. It was Toshi’s job to take care of the coming orders. Sometimes it was funny seeing his clients meet him on parties, etc., and tried introducing him to their daughters, or else, at least to get his attention since Nishikido Corporation is one of the biggest in Japan. His identity as the owner of a big corporation helped him in keeping his side job secret and made it easier for him to do his side job too.
“Ah, the daughter of Sawajiri’s family collapsed when she realized that the jewelry her father bought for her was actually the fake one. What good news for the headlines.” Ryo smirked while reading the newspaper. He then took his cup while Toshi poured coffee inside it, then drank it. “Have you received the confirmation from our client, Toshi?” Ryo was reading while asking Toshi.
“Yes, master. Mr. Tokoro has called back, satisfied by it.” Came the reply from Toshi. He then poured more coffee to his master’s cup. “We have another call from the Russian embassy. They requested for the secret documents of this virus research which should be kept in Tokyo University right now.”
“Okay, I’m taking it. Ask for more details on them. What’s my schedule for this week?” Ryo asked.
“There will be a party organized by the Japan prime minister this Friday where he will show The Frozen Goddess statue. “ Toshi replied, “Ah and Miss Sawajiri called again yesterday.”
“Okay. Prepare everything as usual.” Ryo replied before dismissing his butler.
Well, another game huh? Interesting..

“Sshh, Erika, don’t cry okay.”
“But Tat - chan, my necklace was a fake. Someone must have switched it. But who? And that Nishikido doesn’t even want to receive my call anymore. I know he is a busy man so it’ll be hard to reach him. But still.. I thought I was going to be able to get him, I mean, it’s not even easy to get to talk to him.”
“Ahh Erika, cheer up okay, I’m sure there will be someone else who deserves you more than him okay.”
“Ah Tat - chan. Why can’t you come here and comfort me? You’re the one who cares about me most. And hey, where were you at my party? I didn’t even see you there. Are you tired of being with me now?”
“No, Erika. I was there, really, but you gave all your attention to that Nishikido guy, so I didn’t dare to disturb you. And hey, I banged into that Nishikido, he saved me though, but I still sprained my ankle. I wanted to say bye to you but I couldn’t seem to find you anywhere, dear. I’ve told your dad though. I’m sorry okay.”
“Why do you like to say sorry that much. You’re too nice, Tat - chan. If only you’re not my cousin then I’ll definitely go for you. Thanks anyway Tat - chan, and you would never be disturbing me at all for sure, so don’t worry okay. Bye Tat - chan.”
“Bye, Erika.”
Ueda Tatsuya, Sawajiri Erika’s cousin, also the one whom Ryo helped at the party. His family owned a big hospital. His parents never forced him to inherit it though, even his sister said that if he didn’t want to, she would take over it, but he decided to inherit it in the end. He was still taking his specialization now at Tokyo University while being an assistant researcher in their laboratory too. He was in such good terms with Erika as they were always together when they were kids, and it continued till now. Erika always sought advice from the calm Tatsuya.
Sighing, Tatsuya remembered the night at Erika’s party. Nishikido Ryo, he thought. Somehow he couldn’t lift his mind away that guy. He already knew that he would be attracted to guys sooner or later as he didn’t have any interest in girls at all. Many girls confessed to him, admiring him for his beauty. Yes, Ueda Tatsuya is such a pretty boy. It wasn’t his fault that he was like this. But, being attracted to a Nishikido somehow scared him. He didn’t know why, but there was something wrong for sure, something.

“Mou, Tat - chan, you’re not interesting at all. Come on, use a better suit this time round. Just for me, please. You’re the one accompanying me to today’s party, right? I don’t want to be accompanied by someone who just wears some casual clothes okay.” Erika said, showing her pleading eyes to Tatsuya.
It was Friday already, the day of the prime minister’s party. Of course the Sawajiri family was being invited and so was Ueda’s family. Both of their parents were busy and couldn’t attend the party so they sent their children instead, they were their heirs anyway.
“Alright alright Erika, stop putting on that face to me. You know that I would never able to refuse your command, ehem, request.” Tatsuya replied, giggling. It was amusing seeing Erika behaving like that for him. He then remembered something. “Are you sure you’re going to this party, Erika?”
“And why shouldn’t I, dear Tat - chan?” Erika asked.
“He will be there right? That Nishikido guy?” came the reply.
“Uh-huh, so?” Erika asked again.
“Um, won’t you feel awkward?” Tatsuya asked, confused by Erika’s calmness. It was only a few days ago when Erika called him, telling him how desperate she was because of that guy.
“No, why should I? You’re here with me right? And you were right. There would be someone out there for me, and someday I would find him right? But for now, I think I’ll just have to tag along with you first which is beneficial for you too. Since you’re almost 25 years old yet you haven’t even gotten any girlfriends. What’s your type anyway? I have so many friends, dear, I could introduce them to you. Ah, or maybe, you prefer a boy?” Tatsuya blushed hearing that and it made Erika grinned widely. “Ah-ha, I got you there.”
“N-no, you’ve got it wrong Erika, it’s not like that.” Tatsuya tried to deny it but it didn’t look convincing at all. Fortunately for him, Erika decided to drop the matter, rushing him instead to hurry up, so they could go to the party.
When they arrived there, it was already crowded since they were a bit late. Erika met some of her friends but she didn’t want to leave Tatsuya alone so she kept still in her place beside him. Tatsuya didn’t want her to ignore her friends just because of him so he told her to leave him because he would be okay even if he was alone. So Erika left him, feeling unsure at first, but Tatsuya kept pushing her, and she gave in at the end.
Tatsuya wandered around until he reached the balcony. He looked down at the garden, enjoying the view there. It was such a big beautiful garden. There were flowers everywhere, in many different colors. He kept admiring it until he saw someone there, alone. It was quite strange since the garden was at the back part of the house while the party was at the second floor. He was sure that the guy must be one of the guests since he was wearing a fine suit which looked expensive too.
He observed that guy carefully until he realized that he was Nishikido Ryo. Ryo caught his gaze at the same time and he smiled to him. Tatsuya couldn’t help but blush because of it. Then he realized something strange, didn’t he just see a box near Ryo, but now it was gone. Tatsuya then looked at the statue in the middle of the hall and his eyes got bigger. He was a good observer for sure, that’s why he could get high scores easily. Then he ran down hastily, to Ryo.
“Hi there.” Ryo said, looking at Tatsuya’s face. “So we meet again huh?”
“Uh, hi..” Tatsuya replied. He was scared somehow; he didn’t dare to look into Ryo’s eyes.
“So, you should be Ueda then I think? Erika’s cousin?” Ryo said again, his eyes locked to Tatsuya’s face. Tatsuya didn’t say anything, he just kept silent. “I heard that you were a smart boy, and a good observer too.” Ryo continued.
Ryo then walked closer to Tatsuya. Nobody was there unfortunately since it was a back garden. Tatsuya could only move backwards, trying to escape from Ryo, but somehow he reached one of the corners of the garden and he couldn’t go anywhere else since Ryo was trapping him.
Ryo touched his cheek; his hand then went down slowly until he reached his chin, he then pushed Tatsuya's face up to face him. Tatsuya was shocked of what Ryo did to him. He wanted to scream but somehow no words could come out from his mouth. He was scared by Ryo's look in his eyes. Ryo was like a predator that was ready to enjoy his prey. Ryo realized Tatsuya's fear and smirked. Tatsuya became more afraid than ever but somehow he couldn't avoid Ryo's gaze anymore. He opened his mouth to say something but Ryo caught his mouth before he could say anything and kissed him hungrily. Tatsuya was shocked yet he couldn't avoid the fact that he enjoyed it. When he was almost replying to the kiss, Ryo suddenly broke the kiss. He looked at Tatsuya's flushed face, this time round with a different kind of expression, but it didn't last long before he put on the cold face again.
"Are you going to be with me then..?" He said, staring at Tatsuya's face intensely.
Tatsuya was left dumbfounded. He didn't know what to reply him. He was scared of this person for sure. He knew that if he chose to follow this guy, everything would change drastically. Yet he couldn't deny the fact that he was attracted by him from the first time they met. Tatsuya couldn't take his eyes away from him. Then he saw that expression for the second time in Ryo's face, an expression of a lonely man, though it didn't last long again. But seeing that made Tatsuya stop hesitating, he had already made up his mind. He gathered all the courage left in his heart…
"Yes.."
Notes : Another multichapter, yes I know.. Don't worry, I won't abandon the other (for my other reader), I've almost finished the next chapters of my other fics... :)
As for Tatchan, I didn't really know how many years needed to finish medical in Japan so I used what I know in my country, it's about 5-6 year here... :)

But for now, I think I’ll just have to tag along with you first which is beneficial for you too. Since you’re almost 25 years old yet you haven’t even gotten any girlfriends. What’s your type anyway? I have so many friends, dear, I could introduce them to you. Ah, or maybe, you prefer a boy?” Tatsuya blushed hearing that and it made Erika grinned widely. “Ah-ha, I got you there.”
“N-no, you’ve got it wrong Erika, it’s not like that.” Tatsuya tried to deny it but it didn’t look convincing at all. Fortunately for him, Erika decided to drop the matter, rushing him instead to hurry up, so they could go to the party.
When they arrived there, it was already crowded since they were a bit late. Erika met some of her friends but she didn’t want to leave Tatsuya alone so she kept still in her place beside him. Tatsuya didn’t want her to ignore her friends just because of him so he told her to leave him because he would be okay even if he was alone. So Erika left him, feeling unsure at first, but Tatsuya kept pushing her, and she gave in at the end.
Tatsuya wandered around until he reached the balcony. He looked down at the garden, enjoying the view there. It was such a big beautiful garden. There were flowers everywhere, in many different colors. He kept admiring it until he saw someone there, alone. It was quite strange since the garden was at the back part of the house while the party was at the second floor. He was sure that the guy must be one of the guests since he was wearing a fine suit which looked expensive too.
He observed that guy carefully until he realized that he was Nishikido Ryo. Ryo caught his gaze at the same time and he smiled to him. Tatsuya couldn’t help but blush because of it. Then he realized something strange, didn’t he just see a box near Ryo, but now it was gone. Tatsuya then looked at the statue in the middle of the hall and his eyes got bigger. He was a good observer for sure, that’s why he could get high scores easily. Then he ran down hastily, to Ryo.
“Hi there.” Ryo said, looking at Tatsuya’s face. “So we meet again huh?”
“Uh, hi..” Tatsuya replied. He was scared somehow; he didn’t dare to look into Ryo’s eyes.
“So, you should be Ueda then I think? Erika’s cousin?” Ryo said again, his eyes locked to Tatsuya’s face. Tatsuya didn’t say anything, he just kept silent. “I heard that you were a smart boy, and a good observer too.” Ryo continued.
Ryo then walked closer to Tatsuya. Nobody was there unfortunately since it was a back garden. Tatsuya could only move backwards, trying to escape from Ryo, but somehow he reached one of the corners of the garden and he couldn’t go anywhere else since Ryo was trapping him.
Ryo touched his cheek; his hand then went down slowly until he reached his chin, he then pushed Tatsuya's face up to face him. Tatsuya was shocked of what Ryo did to him. He wanted to scream but somehow no words could come out from his mouth. He was scared by Ryo's look in his eyes. Ryo was like a predator that was ready to enjoy his prey. Ryo realized Tatsuya's fear and smirked. Tatsuya became more afraid than ever but somehow he couldn't avoid Ryo's gaze anymore. He opened his mouth to say something but Ryo caught his mouth before he could say anything and kissed him hungrily. Tatsuya was shocked yet he couldn't avoid the fact that he enjoyed it. When he was almost replying to the kiss, Ryo suddenly broke the kiss. He looked at Tatsuya's flushed face, this time round with a different kind of expression, but it didn't last long before he put on the cold face again.
"Are you going to be with me then..?" He said, staring at Tatsuya's face intensely.
Tatsuya was left dumbfounded. He didn't know what to reply him. He was scared of this person for sure. He knew that if he chose to follow this guy, everything would change drastically. Yet he couldn't deny the fact that he was attracted by him from the first time they met. Tatsuya couldn't take his eyes away from him. Then he saw that expression for the second time in Ryo's face, an expression of a lonely man, though it didn't last long again. But seeing that made Tatsuya stop hesitating, he had already made up his mind. He gathered all the courage left in his heart…
"Yes.."
Notes : Another multichapter, yes I know.. Don't worry, I won't abandon the other (for my other reader), I've almost finished the next chapters of my other fics... :)
As for Tatchan, I didn't really know how many years needed to finish medical in Japan so I used what I know in my country, it's about 5-6 year here... :)
