For the first time in my life, I did not get spend Valentine's Day alone (alone as in by myself in my room doing homework or watching tv with my parents).  I was just sitting at my desk, reading an article for today's presentation, almost falling asleep because of the NyQuil I took, and my phone rings. Oh my god, I was so happy last night, you would not believe!! And my flowers are sooo pretty and smell divine!! Aww, having a valentine was nice. Oh, and he's hot too!! Even if we remain friends, I have someone to go out with and hang and happens to be taller than me *Sigh* I think I might like him...hmmm...not really sure though

Yeah that'd be cool to have a friend like that. But hey it was kinda nice of him and more than "friend-like" to call you up and ask you out to dinner on Valentines Day. Maybe he did it because he needed a date to go with him and his cousin and his girlfriend, but even if that is the case, it rocks that he called you! The only Valentine anything I got was a sympathy card from my friend (at least I think it was from him) who earlier on that morning said "Happy Singles Awareness Day!" I laughed of course because it's funny and said that I don't know what it's like to celebrate Valentine's Day not single but that by now the bummness of being single has lost it's effect. Just another day for me.

I think I do, but it's just a schoolgirl crush at the moment. I get the butterflies in my stomach whenever he calls and start smiling from ear to ear. And I get tongue-twisted whenever I try to say something...
