Would you attempt the impossible, even if you were told it couldn't be done? No. If it’s impossible, why would I waste my time trying to accomplish it?
Would you do what you thought was right, even without the help or support of others? Yes. I’m comfortable by myself. Besides, when I really put my mind to something I’ve got the necessary ambition to get it accomplished.
Are you dependable? Mostly. I have a tendency of over-thinking things and then backing out at the last moment. I change my mind frequently as well, so I’m a bit flighty. In that sense, I’m rather selfish, but I think if the situation were an honest to God emergency, I’d be extremely dependable. I work well under pressure.
Who or What would you lay in front of a tank for? My maternal grandmother. I’m very attached to her because she was always my baby-sitter when I was young and I saw her every week. She always showed me the most kindness and affection.
The Movies and Characters-
Favorite Johnny character and why?: I just love him as Captain Jack Sparrow. I wouldn’t say it was his best role or really showcased his emotional talent or anything, but he’s so excellent at inventing characters and sticking to it. His flailing arms are ridiculous, his lines are hilarious and his facial features convey so much. It was just so creative and humorous and literally reduces me to giggles.
Which character do you relate to most and why?: I probably relate best, out of all the Depp movies I’ve seen, to Ichabod Crane. He’s a very practical, no nonsense kind of guy. He trusts in what he sees and follows his head instead of his heart. I don’t believe in paranormal sort of things either so I can imagine myself freaking out if I were actually confronted with the undead or real sorcery.
Favorite scene from with a Johnny character in it? Well, it’s not exactly the longest scene, but the one that stands out most in my mind when I think of Depp characters, is when (in Edward Scissorhands) is in the car for the first time with Dianne Wiest and he bonks into the window. I laugh every time I see it.
Favorite quotes by Johnny characters (no more then three):
“You know that withholding vital information from a federal officer is a serious offence. Especially when that officer has paid handsomely for it and wouldn't think twice about ripping that patch off your eye hole and skull-fucking you to death.” (Agent Sands, OUATIM)
“One toke? You poor fool! Wait till you see those goddamn bats.” (Raoul Duke, F&L)
Favorite Johnny Character movie, and why?: I adore Once Upon A Time In Mexico. It’s such a different movie and I like to see him showcase his badass side. It’s sexy. And the whole thing is just ridiculous.
