::big hugs:: I feel that way too often. :*( feeling really lonely and just wanting to be held and such...
but actually, if that other chick likes you, you should go for it... but ya know, you just need to follow your heart... do what you feel is right. do what makes you, well, feel happier than however you feel at the moment. :\ that's all I can really say.

my parents have also recently found out about my cutting and depression... they "care" but I mean, they haven't asked me about stuff that could've caused it, and they haven't even done f-in research about SI. it disgusts me how some parents are completely ignorant as well...

just wanted to let you know that you aren't the only one feeling this way now.
