A tutorial covering some basic make-up techniques I use, creating a sharper looking base from a screencap, and making the foreground object more prominent. Yep. All that rolled into one lil' icon. Mwah. Haha. Anyway, take a gander and tell me what you think. This is for PS7, but may be translatable.
