I want answers, but patience seems to be the great word

So what does it mean when God takes something away from you and all of a sudden your relationship with Him gets better, does it mean that thing wasn't of Him, or wasn't really His will, maybe it was just not His will for right now. I guess I will have to just have faith that He will reveal HIs will to me when I am ready. Right now I will just
