so school is coming to another end...for everyone except me. all the seniors at my school are doing their math exhibitions, so things are pretty chaotic and my teachers are often missing from class because their judging the senior projects. i find myself not being able to wait until school's out and college starts. but then i really think about it and realize that i'm going to miss it all. you get so comfortable with some things that you just end up taking them for granted or expect them to always be there. i try not to think about it too much because it makes my brain hurt. i kind of wish i had another year to go.

but the good thing about me going to salem state, is that i'm not too far away, and we can visit each other, which i like. not too much will change, but just enough will.

I'm a senior in college and all my friends that I started out at AIB with are graduating AND I'M NOT AND IT'S WEIRD!!

you're better off than i was, i didn't really think about the downsides of graduation through until i was about a month away from snatching up that diploma, and by then i'd already signed my army contract, so i had a shitload to process. life definitely changes for you once you get away from school for awhile, and theres always gonna be side effects. you just have to take the good with the bad and not let go of the things that are really important to you.
