Sometimes, we laugh at that things we know we shouldn't laugh at. In some instances, there is an immediate realization that we shouldn't laugh. Sometimes it comes later. Generally, we cease laughing. Occasionally, I can't. Today was that day

I've noticed that random men out in public react to me... differently when I wear this particular pair of pants that I own. I have mixed feelings about this fact.

I have laughed inappropriately out loud in full hearing of people before and could not seem to help doing so.

I'm sure it was evident in the post, but I still feel the need to restate it. I FUCKING HATE IT when dudes yell shit at me. It would be different, somewhat, if it was a complimentary thing. However, there's enough evidence and psychology to suggest it is far more about power and domination than flirtation.

I have rarely (soberly) laughed out loud at someone. My brother is really good at triggering me to do so, though.

I probably stare inappropriately all the time. In the wrong city. So I don't think anything was wrong with your story, or your finding it amusing in the way you did. It's an issue that doesn't really get my goat (it is busy with other things). Honestly, I just abruptly move from the seat or place I am sitting if someone is staring in a way that makes me uncomfortable. Even if that means shoving people out of the way on a crowded train, which I've done. *shrug* I'd likely have more stories if I bothered to dress like a girl. But I don't. Maybe I will soon, because I need a change. I might even shave.

You are, in general, better at taking care of yourself than I am. Especially if the train is busy, I don't move. I sit, seethe and imagine stabbing the dude in the face.
