I have a lot of things swirling around the brainspace, but none are really prepared for public discourse just yet. 1) Sushi in the summer! Sometimes it's just too hot for cooked foods. Also, fresh refrigerated fruit. I love both of these things all the time but in the summer they just feel right ( ... )

1. as said above: I love sushi in the summer. I also love a whole host of Indian foods in the summer, like pani puri, which you can find for cheap at the little stand toward the back of Shalimar in central square. It’s on mass ave. NOM. I normally like dark beer, but I spent the first half of this summer drinking kokanee with j-hump, which tastes like fizzy water but eventually gets ya a little drunk and I’ve developed a real taste for it. My favorite summer thing is definitely making iced teas with lavender and lemon. DIVINE ( ... )

On a general note, thanks for all of your amazing suggestions. If I could just put you in a book, I would have an awesome cookbook, entertaining manual, guidebook and short story collection all in one ( ... )

7.) Oh man. This is, actually, really hard. I think I manage because S. and I have such different schedules, that I am here alone a lot of the time and he is here alone a lot of the time. I'm still really bad at not immediately bending my schedule to fit his, even if it means (like today) that I don't take a shower or get dressed until 1pm. I think it just requires a lot of communication and a willingness of both parties to sort of buzz off for awhile when it is clear the other party needs the space.

Your comments also made me hungry. Hmm....
