Natsuo is a fighter in the canon of LOVELESS. He has the power to manipulate people, places, and things around him using words. The better he can manipulate his words, the stronger his attacks can be.
He mostly fights offensively since he can't feel pain, but can fight defensively as well.

Can Natuso alter their memories or state of mind?: Probably not, given the shields his canonmate has erected in his mind.
Can Natsuo attack them with magic or other random objects like knives, bats, needles, etc?: He can try!
Would your character fight back with magic, bruit force or something else?: Nagi is a very powerful telekinetic. He won't hesitate to fling objects right back at Natsuo.
Would you be up for Natsuo hurting your character, seriously or otherwise?: If there's a good reason for it.
Can he break the 4th wall on your character. If so, to what degree: Sure thing. Break it as much as you want.
Anything else you I should know?: Not that I can think of.

Would your character fight back with magic, brute force or something else?: He'll use physical force, especially his own size advantage over a child, but nothing else because his abilities have been stripped from him.

Anything else you I should know?: Muraki has a permissions post of his own. Please fill it out. In addition, he murdered Ritsuka and Kio in the past here in Som.

Can Natuso alter their memories or state of mind?: No, mostly because it wouldn't be possible given their mind.
Can Natsuo attack them with magic or other random objects like knives, bats, needles, etc?: Yes, but with (and within) reason.
Would your character fight back with magic, brute force or something else?: Yes; with brute force in the form of mixed martial arts and long range projectiles made from air.
Would you be up for Natsuo hurting your character, seriously or otherwise?: Yes, but again with and within reason.
Can he break the 4th wall on your character. If so, to what degree: Please don't, thanks!
Bonus: None of Natsuo's canon behaviour bothers me, so don't worry about it. :)

Can Natsuo alter their memories or state of mind? Yes, with good reason, though I'd like to talk it over first just to make sure we were both on the same page.
Can Natsuo attack them with magic or other random objects like knives, bats, needles, etc? Of course, though I'd prefer it not to happen at random.
Would your character fight back with magic, brute force or something else? If it became necessary, with brute force - he's a hand-to-hand fighter - but he'd try and find a way round it first and even if it was necessary he'd only do so defensively. Ken's a very good fighter but he's extremely caring and protective towards children and would see a 12-year-old as someone to look after, not try and attack.
Would you be up for Natsuo hurting your character, seriously or otherwise? As long as there was a good IC reason for it, yes.
Can he break the 4th wall on your character. If so, to what degree: I'd really rather not have Ken fourth-walled.
