It's just a cold Nat-chan, not a plague. You probably didn't dress warm enough with the sudden change in weather. Besides a running nose isn't a system for that.

Or a lot of people didn't take care of themselves like they're supposed to. It's the same way during flu season, everyone seems to catch it. Besides we can't go around wearing surgical masks. [How would you eat the chupas.]
