Well geesh! I would break that dish and then there would be none to wash. Well, not really..

But I do believe we create our own realities and we experience them in the present when we are not asleep.

I love to remember my wonderful past but I don't live in the past, the memories help me to understand.
I look forward to completing goals I've set for the future because I can follow my own schedule of sorts.

It would be most difficult to live only in present tense, washing only one dish at a time.
Thinking of a mountain of dishes would overwhelm me and I'd never wash any dishes.

When things become too difficult / stressful, I change them. I like easy. *smiles*

yes i suppose the trick is to not think about not thinking..but by doing that, you are thinking.
