I NEED HELP!

Ok, I know this will sound kinda dumb what with me spending the last day or so trying to figure out how to do neat things on this journal, but I have no idea how to do an LJ Cut! If you know how, would you be so kind as to enlighten a poor ignorant soul? On another note, I made spaghetti last night for myself and my father, and it was pretty tasty
