Work was a pain in the ass today. I mean yeah I know it's my job to take calls, but these damn people just kept calling one right after the other. I know they're not all bad, I usually talk to people that know what they want and the call is pretty quick. It's just the idiots that take forever and are completely oblivious to what they're doing that piss me off...and as for the translators, we have to use them, it's policy, most of the women around me can speak Spanish and even they have to use the translator...gotta be licensed or certified to take bilingual calls I guess...

Otherwise I actually like my job, it's just that these damn people wait until the last minute to do this stuff...thank the flying spaghetti monster that this company is allowing us to do alternate security and give these people new passwords, otherwise this shit would be about 50 times worse!
