i've had trouble breathing the last few days.
symptomology matches that of asthma, though on a more mild and prolonged scale.
anyone have asthma? could you describe an attack or any chronic sensations?

i don't get asthma attacks, but when i do get an insatiable cough when mine flares up.

huh, yeah. no coughing. just chest/throat tightening, and what feels like 80% lung capacity. it helps to be able to breathe out of my nose today, though.

allergy-induced asthma? allergens may cause constant discomfort without causing any sort of attack.

allergens were a thought.
they've been worse this summer, and i started taking claritin, though i haven't gotten checked out or anything like that.
no stress.

this girl told me that asthma will cause you to have excess phlegm...hmm, don't know if you have that issue.
like i said before, i get that feeling sometimes, and it sucks.
