I have lost 25 pounds in one year... that craziness to me. I am not even trying to lose weight either. I used to weigh like between 165 to 170, I was even like 190 my junior year and now I weigh 140. I can't even handle it. All my muscle is gone. I am just a skinny like puke ( Read more... )
