fwiw, I'm a deist. I'm not so sure about the rest. But I think it is a good philosophy, at least as I learned it - not as much in the way it gets often touted. I was taught about not judging and generosity and love for everyone. The religion of the Beatitudes and those most important commandments you relayed. It's not a religion of hate or exclusion. The world needs more of that.
Burning Man was an interesting experience in that regard. It's not a festival. It's an incredible community. It's popularly associated with debauchery and perhaps godlessness. But it's a place of amazing acceptance and giving.
