This is excellent. The character, tone, and dialogue are so spot-on I can read a paragraph, close my eyes, and watch it play out complete with voice acting. And the concept is intriguing, to say the least.

Oh my god Jackie what can I even say about this. This is so incredibly amazing I don't even know where to begin. Zuko's jealousy! Azula's unwillingness to be rehabilitated. Aang's unwillingness to just kill her. Iroh, oh, Iroh. Trying to make her look like she's doing better than she is. My heart.

I'd forgotten completely about Zuko's revelation dreams but Azula's are simultaneously heartbreaking and completely fucking perfect. How do you even do this!! This is too ridiculously good, I just can't accept it. I think my favorite bit is Ty Lee's, though. I know them making up can't happen and isn't the point but you broke my heart a little bit anyway.

“I’m not going to change into someone he likes,” she mumbles and rolls on her side away from him. Gingerly rising to his feet, Uncle takes her obduracy as a cue to leave.

“No,” he confesses, leaving one light burning. “But I think you may change into someone you like.”
