Ginger and peppermint are both very effective against nausea. Ginger tea or peppermint candy might both be effective options for your seasickness.

It is very much the very worst. I have not yet been out of my room much because of it.

I thought maybe you would. It was not my most shining moment but it is a mememorable one. But I am thinking that the past is behind and all there is is ahead, so I am hoping that we can all get on better this time.
