I saw the no parking signs this morning, but I don't remember seeing them before today. It's possible they put them up midday - I take the highway home many days - but that would *still* not be 24 hour notice.

Also, the date on the signs were scribbled out and changed, so I get the feeling it was planned and then pushed back. Maybe because of the rain yesterday. But still - give us some WARNING YOU JERKS.
