I have no idea who made this since I found it on one of those random internet searches that one does when one wants to avoid working.

But it's beyond awesome. Not only is it a hysterically funny variation on that Chuck Norris thingy, but also, in Whoniverse context, many of the statements it makes about Rory are actually true!
