ha, i thought it said it was -69 degrees in NC and I was like "WHAT?!!"
Anyhow...yes...L.A. is very cold these days. Not very nice as I am not used to this weather and I am freezing. And then they were saying how it was 95 degrees in Texas. Ah! Warm weather, come back to me!
I don't think it's any colder in L.A. than usual, actually (or maybe I'm a bit more accustomed to the cold now). It definitely is unusually warm in Durham, though, which would already explain this odd comparison.
Does it get very cold in NC? Because that is crazy that you don't think it's cold here. I am freezing all day, every day. Actually, the weather has been getting a bit better lately. But man...last week and the week before were cold. With lows of like 30 degrees.
Um...it wasn't cold this winter in NC, but it usually gets to the teens (and even zeros) and at least snow a few times. I don't think it's too cold here (though it is a bit nippy at night), but I guess that's 'cause it's gotten warmer since the previous weeks when it was in the 30s (I would definitely be cold). In any case, we need more summery weather on both ends of the country--and soon! :)

According to Alan (Kwan), it was colder in Alhambra than it was in New Hampshire.
