A few weeks ago, a guy friend of mine was at an overnight Super Bowl party at the house of his friend. As per the usual Super Bowl festivities, there was a lot of drinking involved. True enough, people got drunk. One person in particular, one of his female friends, our common friend, got especially drunk and started coming on to my buddy

Yeah I hope you're right. It's just that almost everybody I run into here is that way, that I'm starting to feel ako yung mali kasi ako yung iba.

Oh please, why stoop to their level?
I don't think "enjoying your life" means putting your values aside and making your life complicated because of things that seem "fun" either. If you're not comfortable doing those things, how are they enjoyable?

go to the bar. it's your friend's birthday. but bolt when you get uncomfortable na. no use in torturing yourself.
or invite a really good friend of yours (on without hormones like a 15-year-old) and laugh at all the drunks when things get horny unpretty.

or just go to the gym.
