No, I downloaded the songs, and they were fine. Those fucked up downloads are from people who ripped their CD's with Windows Media Player. It compresses the music and then fills in the holes with these little high pitched noise.
The 'going somewhere' depends on how you look at it though. Situations change all the time of course; we're born, we die, we love, and we hate. But we're still part of Earth, made from the dust and then made back into to it. It is always changing, and it is never changing. Is there any real place that is freedom? or does this only come in small amounts? I always liked the middle of the night in the city because you are all that it is. There is you, and there is whoever else you may like to bring. Everyone has gone to sleep and you get to see the city lit up in solitude with hundreds of little orange lights. Without war or peace, freedom or opression. The streets are bright, while the sky is black.
