I made madeleines, and they are Teh Yum. And I made them with fat free spray butter, egg beaters, and Splenda in leiu of real butter, whole eggs, and sugar (used a teeny bit of brown sugar for flavor), so they are much less fatty than the ones from Starbucks. Pwnt.

my meals are normally granola, fruit, sandwiches with deli meats, protien shakes, multivitamins, and water
i need variety :(
