Ever since I changed my status to engaged, facebook shows me ads that include little more than "Lose Weight for your Wedding" or "Fit Into Your Wedding Dress with this Amazing Fast-Working Fat-Blast Diet!" I'd almost be happy to see a skin rash ad just for a bit of variation.
