I don't know, those are just suggestions. But speaking not just as a friend, but also as a third party who has been able to hear your experiences half the world away, I've got to tell you this: you have gifts and life experience that a lot of people will want. Believe me, even in this crappy job market, you'd better believe that you will have the bilingual/bi-cultural advantage. So anyway, my best advice: don't worry about it. Ponder, but don't worry. :-)
