It wasn't me who asked for that tuck-in, but now that I think about it I should've. I'm not sleepy at the moment though, just kinda miserable. My nose and throat are clogged with something truly unholy and when I woke up earlier, it was like someone had clocked me in the head with a baseball bat. My temp was at 103 but its gone down to 101.7 now.

You're right about his inhalers and nebulisers. They're really no good for him in the long run. I'm so glad you're taking the time with him to teach him all this meditation stuff.

If only I had the time to meditate...I would sell my stock in Aleve...

Eh, a little. Still pretty congested and have a wicked sinus headache going on right now.
