Post Summary: Anna attempts to plant some flowers in front of her, Wendla, and Scotty's house.
Anna had been busy--or at least, trying to keep busy. She had explored the city a little, and found a store that sold some flower seeds. She was quite proud of herself for several reasons--first of all, for being brave enough to wander over by herself and secondly, for finding the seeds at all. They were simple assorted wildflowers, but she enjoyed the fact that she at least had something to plant out in front of the house in order to make it look nice.
So, she was outside with a hand shovel and gloves on, digging at the dirt gingerly and sprinkling the seeds, careful not to get her dress dirty.
