叉燒叉燒~

決定咗啦! 下個禮拜會嘗試整叉燒... 呵呵呵~
可惜因為未夠廿一歲, 留學在美國, 任何有酒精嘅嘢都買唔到... 沒得用酒醃... :(
仲有, 因為就來要走了(淨番一個月倒! :D) 所以連蜜糖都唔會買... (唔想嘥嘢:/)
希望都係會成功啦... 只會用鹽, 糖, 叉燒醬, 生抽....
(自己仲有胡椒, 油, garlic salt 同桂林辣椒油... 但係整叉燒... 唔會用到啩... maybe the pepper. lol.)
