I would say that the alternator is a good bet. That's what it was when the battery died in my car last year...

Yah? How much did it cost to fix (if you don't mind me asking)? Did you have to replace your battery too?

Unfortunately it was about $500 to replace, but the battery was fine afterwards, just needed to be recharged.

So about how far are you from Edmonton? I'm just trying to figure out how easy it would be to razz you.

Err... about 6 hours. Not too close. But with my job I get to run around the country all the time so maybe I can make trips to be closer!
