Start looking for other job opportunities, if you really need the money. If you find a good one, then quit your job and switch. If you don't...then consider the fact that you will probably find a job once you are in college, and you will probably work during the summers. Then decide whether or not the remaining time at your current job is really worth it.
Check what sort of jobs are available at Haverford. There are some really easy jobs at Swarthmore. My job is to watch the game room where there are several pool tables and make sure nobody breaks the equipment, drinks alcohol or smokes. That's it. At times there may be up to half a dozen people there, but usually nobody's around. In any case, I just spend the 5 hours a week doing my homework.
It's a really nice (read: easy) job. There are likely such jobs at Haverford, too.
Regretably, jobs that could be done by a security camera instead of hiring somebody to watch a place for $100/day don't exist in the real world.
