As a heads-up: Chris & I are going to handwave much of Anka and Arlin's looking for Four across the country to avoid it being 'they're still being themselves at each other, only in a different city' threads, and I think I'm gonna jump right to them trying to pick up her trail in Grand Junction. And they'll get some sort of horrible thing to the face(s) that makes them do interesting character developmently things.

And then we three may figure out when we want to do the whole finding/capturing/bringing Four back thingeridoo. (I'm assuming that Four isn't going to go willingly, initially?) *nods* It is all very vague still, but we're working with our tagbraindeaths and all at the moment. ><

I figured you'd probably want to handwave most of it, I put it up because I needed to figure out what she was doing. I needed to plot it out step by step because she was basically taking the first bus/train (depending on how much money she had) that came along, so I was actually randomly determining stops as I went. The only stop I'm actually plotting is I'm going to have her take the bus to LA from Las Vegas on Thursday, because after spending nearly a week in Vegas she's beginning to get a bit paranoid that she's staying there too long.

She's actually more willing than you'd think, because after two-ish weeks the paranoia is beginning to wear off. She may not want to go back, but she'll do what Arlin says because he is her bosspersonthing. It will also kind of depend on how much he explains and tries to talk her into coming back instead of just trying to haul her back. She's still scared and jumpy at this point but willing to listen to reason, more or less.

Okay, LJ ate my comment, because LJ is a greedy thing. >:| I will try to recreate it with less ramble in.

*nods* Plotting out is understandable. What Chris and I've got right now is they're heading out of Grand Junction toward Vegas on some trail Anka's picked up, closer to GJ than Vegas. They're going to slowed up in a few moments, however, by a PTERODACTYL TO THE FACE, a car crash, and then some characterstuff while Arlin fixes the car he just crashed because there was a GODDAMN PTERODACTYL. So that'll give Four the time to get to LA and all.

Also, the fact that the paranoia's wearing off is a good thing, because after pterofun and the fact that Vegas is fulla demons (which I'm sure will cause some excitement if Chris and I can find our brains long enough for that...at the very least, I could see Four having to leave some bodies behind if they tried to mess with her, dependent on you, of course), Arlin is NOT going to want to DEAL WITH THIS SHIT anymore. Or, at least not have a repeat of their initial meeting. He'll ( ... )

Heh, Pterodactyls. Have fun with that, guys. XD

Four's not being very forthcoming on if she has/had trouble with demons or not, but I'm guessing that a demon(s?) were at least part of the reason that she's leaving. I'll have to try to get the full story out of her in the next couple of days.

Aww, even at her most paranoid Four wouldn't shoot Arlin again! He's like her bosspersonthing. She trusts him more than Arlin realizes, especially after he got her the bullets. (I'm assuming that happened offscreen, and that he's probably gone to the shooting range with her at least once to see her shoot?) She's more comfortable with Anka, because Anka isn't an authority figure, so she doesn't have to deal with the fear of punishment the same way she does with Arlin. Honestly, Four just wasn't thinking of Arlin or the O at all when she was running away, so the second Arlin or Anka explains that she wasn't supposed to run away she's probably just going to to give Arlin this look that says 'So this is the part where you hit me and punish me, ( ... )
