Yesterday morning I drove the 100 miles to San Francisco for an interview with the Kuzell Institute for Arthritis and Infectious Diseases. I spoke at length with one of the assistant researchers to Dr. Young, who runs the laboratory. I saw a thing on like one of the discovery channels or something like that, about how memory isn't constant... That our day to day memory is all we really have, and that remembers what we had before, but there's serious deterioration... (or something like that)
They did this experiment where they showed people a set of photos and some were doctored and some weren't... In it they showed photos of themselves when they were young, and they all knew they hadn't been in a hot air balloon, but after a week, they all decided that they had... And they could tell vivid stories about riding in a balloon... Even though they never had...
I dunno what point I had or where I was going with this, but I thought I'd say something... lol
