It sounds like they were trying to get over. How the hell does a client NOT know the difference between a comp and the final product? :/

I am pretty sure they were trying to cheap out... I have to give them a call and remind them that they are too FRAKKIN' dumb about this stuff is done to try to steal it.

But this does not assure me much about the ethical caliber of our local politics.

AAAANNNDDDD.. as it turned out there was some shifting about over who was in charge of their campaign graphics... and My contact person was outed for a "Professional Political Marketing & PR Specialist" ooohhh.. scarry.

So I took my check for the work done and parted ways, no blood, no foul.
