My garden is inundated with zucchini this year. I'm knee deep in the little stinkers. So if you're like me and are beginning to see these little green aliens in your sleep, here are some ways to cook them up.
I love zucchini. I go the really bad for you route and slice it and yellow crookneck squash into medallions then batter and deep fry them. It's gooooood.
